Operations Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced leader to join Lakeland Power as an Operations Supervisor, overseeing our line crews and field operations across Bracebridge, Huntsville, Parry Sound, and surrounding communities. In this role, you’ll coach and mentor Lead Hands, Line Crews, and Labourers while ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance across all field work. You’ll manage scheduling, on-call rotations, and larger project supervision, and collaborate closely with Engineering, contractors, and community partners to keep power flowing and customers informed. If you’re a Red Seal Certified Powerline Technician with strong leadership experience and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is a great opportunity to shape the future of our operations.
