Heating and Cooling Program

The Heating and Cooling program is coming to a close and should not be considered for new HVAC projects.
Here’s what you need to know if you have a project that has been or will soon be completed:
Contact your participating contractor for more information about program deadlines. If an application has already been submitted, you can check the status of your rebate online. (Note that you will need your incentive ID number to look up your rebate).

Once a participating contractor submits a rebate application for your project, you will receive an email from Save on Energy asking you to sign-off on the application and submit proof of purchase of the equipment. You will need to do this before July 1, 2019 in order to receive the rebate.

If your application is approved, you will receive a cheque within 12 weeks. Specialized programs Closing

As of April 1, 2019, the following business/industrial programs will be closing:

• Audit Funding
• High Performance New Construction
• Existing Building Commissioning
• Monitoring and Targeting
• Process and Systems Upgrade

Applications that are not approved and contracted by Lakeland Power Distribution Ltd. before that time will no longer be eligible for funding.

Customers with approved projects that are already underway can continue to look Lakeland Power Distribution Ltd. for information and support until the project is completed.

Lakeland Power Distribution Ltd would like to thank the incredible commitment from the many business and residential customers that took part in the Conservation First Framework. We are proud of the energy savings that our customers achieved.
